Who We Are
Canadian Select Enterprises Ltd. was established in 1987 to meet the international traveler's growing demand for quality wild smoked salmon. We still provide quality smoked salmon, packaged in a variety of attractive ways.
We are committed to providing customer service in a prompt, efficient and courteous manner. We strive to meet market demands by adjusting our product mix and packaging to accommodate the customer. We are able to bring the best quality to you, by maintaining exact processing and packaging standards.
Canadian Select offers beautifully hand-crafted wood boxes with native silkscreen designs, elegant gift boxes with a limited edition ceramic tile set in the lid, and deluxe cardboard boxes and sleeves. Our lightly salted, cold-smoked salmon fillets are heat processed in elegant gold foil sleeves. The fillets' succulent flavour is preserved for years and they require no refrigeration until after the pouch is opened.
